Representatives of Centrum Holding took part in the official business program of the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to Washington, D.C., including the ceremony for the signing of bilateral documents and the presentation of joint investment projects.
The meeting brought together representatives of government agencies, financial institutions and the business community of the United States, as well as executives of leading international companies and organizations. The event focused on expanding economic and investment cooperation and advancing infrastructure and strategic initiatives.
Particular attention was given to the company’s preparation for entering the public capital markets. The company plans to place up to 30% of its shares in free float, with the proceeds to be allocated to infrastructure modernization, expansion of operational capacity, and fleet development. In line with its development strategy through 2029, the holding aims to build a fleet of up to 100 aircraft.
Oppenheimer & Co. and Citibank act as strategic advisors and underwriters for the project. Following the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to long-term partnership and continued cooperation on investment initiatives.
Centrum Holding will continue implementing its investment program aimed at developing aviation, cargo and ground logistics infrastructure and strengthening the country’s transport capacity.
